Development Coordinator

Little Light House is currently looking for a Development Coordinator. The Development Coordinator will assist the Senior Director of Advancement. The Development Coordinator will be responsible for writing grants, setting up meetings, daily deposit, and other administrative tasks.

Events Assistant

Under the direction of the Director of Events, the Event Assistant is responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and execution of the four major annual events at Little Light House including Mini-Laps, Links for Little Ones, Miles for Milestones, and Garden Party. As a member of the Events team, The Events Assistant is expected to be available for work two weeks prior to and one week after every major fundraising event, without taking personal time, unless in the case of an emergency.

Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator supports the Director of Finance in all tasks required to run the financials of a vibrant and growing nonprofit organization. Responsibilities include: working in and maintaining the General Ledger, processing payables, monitoring expenses, preparing for month and year-end close, assisting with HR functions, etc. Preferred qualifications include: prior experience with finance/accounting/HR, proficiency with Excel, willingness to learn, flexibility. This 30 hour-a-week position includes benefits and offers a generous work/life balance in a family-first environment. Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant supports the Finance Team in running the financials of a vibrant and growing nonprofit organization. Responsibilities include: managing timekeeping, preparing payroll, managing organizational systems, supporting the Database Manager in maintaining donation information, preparing payables, assisting with HR functions, etc. Preferred qualifications include: proficiency with Excel, willingness to learn, flexibility. This 24 hour-a-week position offers a generous work/life balance in a family-first environment. Early Childhood Specialist

Little Light House is currently looking for an Early Childhood Specialist for our Early Intervention program. We are seeking an applicant who has a degree in special education, early childhood education or development to partner with our transdisciplinary team in teaching two-hour sessions where parents attend class with their child. These classes occur twice daily Monday-Thursday. Associate Classroom Teacher

Therapy Associate

Little Light House is looking for a part-time Therapy Associate. This person will directly assist the therapy team (physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, vision therapists and assistive technology professionals) with tasks related to therapy groups, therapy interventions and special therapy events. The Therapy Associate needs to be motivated, independent, easily take directions from others, manage their time well and able to proficiently work on multiple tasks within a day. SKIP Associate

We are looking for a caring, compassionate Child Care Worker who has experience caring for children ages one to five years.  We are committed to providing top-quality care in a developmentally engaging atmosphere for staff children who are enrolled in SKIP (Staff Kids Inclusion Program).
